Mother and Baby Yoga
When: Monday and Thursday at 10.30am
Suitable for: New mums from 6 weeks post vaginal birth and 12 weeks post caesarean birth
Mother and Baby Yoga is a blend of traditional yoga and mindfulness techniques and playful bonding for new moms and their babies. This gentle practice focuses on postnatal recovery and incorporates baby yoga and massage. Set in a supportive community, the class offers a nurturing space for moms to rejuvenate, strengthen, and share experiences. These classes are completely baby led so feel free to change, feed and play with babies at any stage.
