Kids Yoga 

When: Tuesday at 3.30pm
Suitable for: 4-7 year olds

Elaine will be teaching a fun and mindful class for children aged 4 to 7 years to explore the fundamental skills in becoming little yogis. Through games, stories and mindfulness activities, children will experience how their breath and body move together in a meaningful and fun filled way!
